Here are a few things that will be useful to you in relation to working together:

BOOKING:

When booking your consultation please check you have chosen the right time zone - your time zone at the time of your consultation. I will be in the UK or Colombia when we have our call so may well be on a different time zone to you. Please select your time zone from the list. My calendar will automatically update to my time.

CANCELLATION:

Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation of your consultation. I have a waiting list for last minute consults so please give me as much notice as possible so the slot can be offered to someone else. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged as normal.

CONSULTATION:

The Consultation will take place at the time indicated. If you arrive late at the meeting, we will still have to finish within the time allotted for your consultation so that I am ready for my next client. You will be charged the full consultation rate.

For video consultations you will receive with the confirmation of your consultation a link to join the video meeting. If for any reason it does not work we will find another way to communicate. Please check your emails before your consultation is about to begin so you can connect via the link.

Occasionally I may ask you for more information or photographs after your consultation. This may be required to help determine the right remedy and once we’ve started treatment to determine the results and progression of treatment.

CONTACT:

All contact outside of the consultation is made by email including invoice, prescriptions and updates. There is no need to contact me between consultations unless we have discussed this is necessary during the session or you have a question or query for which I am always happy to answer when I am able.  I use Zoom for all online consultations and Watsapp only as a back up.

When you book a consultation with me, your email address is added to my own client list so I can contact you about your consultation and prescription. You will also be added to my monthly newsletter list about homeopathy and health and provide resources for learning more about homeopathy. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time.

HOMOEPATHIC REMEDIES:

I will send you a prescription for your remedies after our consultation. I will also send you a contact of where to purchase them. You are welcome to purchase the remedies from other sources.

PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY:

I will not share your details with anyone. I abide by data protection laws in the UK. I am however required by law to keep your consultation notes for 7 years. These will not be shared with anyone unless the law requires me to submit information for the protection of life.

Everything discussed at each consultation is confidential and will not be discussed with anyone else unless I have your specific instruction to discuss your information with other health professionals.

The use of Internet, video calls, messenger, emails or telephone calls: I will take every precaution reasonable possible to ensure the privacy of your information but it cannot be guaranteed across these technologies.

Homeopathy & EMERGEnCY CARE & MEDICATION:

• Homeopathy can work well alongside mainstream healthcare programs and medications however you will never be asked to come off medications during your homeopathic treatment. Your choice to come of treatment or medications is entirely your own and should be an informed choice you discuss with your healthcare provider.

• If you need emergency health care please contact your Doctor or Emergency Services. I do not provide an emergency service.

• Homeopathy is not a a substitute for medical diagnosis, assessment or treatment. You should seek this from a registered medical doctor.

Payment:

I will send an invoice through to you after your consultation along with your prescription. You can choose whether to pay by card or by Bank Transfer.

By booking your consultation, you are agreeing to pay your invoice within 24 hours of receiving it.
